Responsibilities:

• 1. Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's hiring needs in the Accounting and Finance sector.
• 2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• 3. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• 4. Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company as an employer of choice.
• 5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify the key competencies required for each role.
• 6. Foster strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• 7. Implement and maintain talent management and performance management strategies to ensure the retention of top talent.
• 8. Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive work environment.
• 9. Maintain a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work, from maintaining accurate records to ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• 2. Proven experience in hiring for the Accounting and Finance industry.
• 3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.
• 4. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment technologies.
• 5. Strong experience in managing and participating in recruitment events such as career fairs and job fairs.
• 6. Excellent interviewing skills with a keen ability to assess candidate fit for various roles.
• 7. Solid experience in talent management and performance management strategies.
• 8. Strong employee relations skills with the ability to address issues promptly and professionally.
• 9. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• 10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
