As a Senior Talent Partner
, you will help Designity build exceptional teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring outstanding talent across business-critical functions and global markets. You will own recruitment end to end, partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, and bring the insight, judgment, and initiative needed to continuously raise the bar for how we hire.

As we scale across functions and regions, we need a senior recruitment partner who sees hiring as more than filling open roles. We need someone who can find exceptional people, build strong pipelines, influence hiring decisions, identify challenges early, and bring solutions to the table.

You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, Creative, People, and other business-critical teams, hiring talent across LATAM, the U.S., Canada, and EMEA. You will work closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and at times our CEO to make hiring decisions that support the future of the business.

This is a role with real ownership. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and always thinking one step ahead—someone who does not wait for problems to appear, but identifies them early and comes to the table with ideas, solutions, and a clear plan forward.

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle - Lead searches from kickoff and role calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and acceptance, while creating an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Build strong sourcing strategies - Develop targeted approaches for each search using advanced Boolean search, talent mapping, proactive outreach, and other sourcing methods to engage high-quality passive and active talent.
• Identify exceptional talent - Run thoughtful, high-quality interviews that go beyond the CV to assess experience, potential, motivation, and alignment with the needs of the role and business.
• Partner with hiring leaders - Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, bringing market insight, recruiting expertise, and clear recommendations to hiring conversations.
• Influence the process - Challenge assumptions when needed and help stakeholders make stronger hiring decisions. When a search is not producing the right results, diagnose the issue and recommend a new approach rather than simply reporting on the problem.
• Drive searches forward - Monitor pipeline health, anticipate potential blockers, and take proactive action to keep hiring processes focused, efficient, and moving toward the right outcome.
• Negotiate and close talent - Lead offer conversations and negotiations with confidence, balancing candidate expectations with business needs to create strong outcomes for both sides.
• Continuously improve how we hire - Identify opportunities to strengthen recruitment processes, candidate experience, stakeholder collaboration, and overall hiring effectiveness as Designity continues to scale.
• Maintain excellent recruiting operations - Keep accurate, organized, and up-to-date ATS records so stakeholders have clear visibility and recruitment decisions are supported by reliable information.
