Pay: $8.00 - $12.00/hr USD

Are you a personable, detail-oriented recruitment professional who thrives on connecting talent with essential community transportation services?

We are partnering with an established, family-owned student transportation company dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality transit solutions across the local community. Built on a culture of trust, operational safety, and supportive care, the organization relies on dedicated staff to ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will take ownership of the candidate journey—managing recruitment, screening, and onboarding for drivers, aids, and office personnel while building strong relationships and maintaining full regulatory compliance.

• Screen and filter candidate applications across Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and other job platforms.
• Qualify prospective drivers and clearly explain position details and expectations.
• Schedule interviews and conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, and messaging.
• Manage compliance requirements, including verifying certifications, physicals, and state training.
• Complete onboarding processes and coordinate candidate additions to company insurance.
• Oversee general administrative duties and manage annual driver permit renewals.

• Fluent English language skills with clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience in recruitment, candidate screening, or high-touch customer service.
• Strong organizational skills to manage candidate tracking and compliance documentation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver a welcoming, supportive experience for all applicants.
• Solid data entry skills and proficiency with CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Spanish language proficiency to support local candidate demographics.
• Familiarity with transportation industry hiring practices or driver compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in handling regulatory paperwork.
