Maximus is looking for a Professional Talent Stream Director who sees beyond today's hiring needs and has a vision to build what comes next.
The Professional Talent Stream Director will lead scalable talent acquisition delivery for Maximus' corporate and shared services functions. This leader will ensure the organization has the professional talent pipelines, recruiter capability, and stakeholder advisory support needed to meet current hiring demand and future workforce priorities.
This role oversees recruiting execution for HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Contracts, Program Support, early career, Veteran, and international professional talent pipelines. The Director will lead through Senior Managers and Managers, build high-performing recruiting teams, and partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional Talent Acquisition teams to support both pre- and post-award hiring aligned to company growth.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-informed talent acquisition leader who brings operational discipline, stakeholder credibility, and a strong people leadership orientation. This leader will help advance professional recruiting toward a more consultative, agile, and AI-enabled operating model while maintaining focus on candidate experience, compliance, and delivery excellence.
