WeTravel is seeking a People Partner to own the full people partnership for our GTM org (Commercial, CX and Finance/Ops) across the US, LATAM, and APAC. You will guide org design, compensation and talent decisions for ~10 senior leaders and 250 We Travellers, partnering with executives to scale the business.
You will drive programs, coach leaders, and lead high-impact people initiatives, balancing strategy with delivery while navigating US multi-state employment law and complex ER cases.
