Cycle Clinical Recruiter, Telehealth Focus

Tailwind Care is seeking an experienced full-cycle clinical recruiter to own clinician hiring from sourcing to accepted offer. You’ll recruit physicians, NPs/PAs, registered dietitians, behavioral health clinicians, and other clinical roles in a telehealth environment.

You’ll source candidates directly, review inbound applications, conduct initial interviews, manage candidates through the interview process, and drive the offer stage, with contract onboarding handled by Clinical Operations.
