Service Now Enterprise Service Management Transformation – Senior Manager – Tech Consulting is a client‑facing role where you will lead Service Now Transformation teams, develop consulting and technical leadership skills, and build client relationships.
The OpportunityYou will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with EY’s organizational strategy, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality while leading both technical and non‑technical project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engagement delivery and manage daily client relationships.
- Be accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
- Drive and support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams – including proposals, engagement estimates, and sales presentations.
- Lead and develop strategies for Service Now-enabled transformations – working with senior client executives on business cases, roadmaps, detailed plans, and solution architectures.
- Act as an engagement manager across all aspects of Service Now ESM/GBS, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage 2‑3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
- Build and foster client relationships, demonstrate EY value, and provide industry‑leading practice expertise.
- Apply business acumen for fact‑based decisions and conflict resolution.
- Deliver high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year);
Master’s degree preferred. - 5–7 years of relevant Service Now implementation experience.
- 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience (Senior Manager or Director level).
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Minimum two of the following Service Now certifications:
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management
- Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
- Experience developing presentations, functional and technical roadmaps, and presenting ideas to all levels.
- Experience defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models aligning business and technical capabilities.
- Leadership experience supervising teams.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Source to Pay, Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery; certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

What We Offer- A comprehensive compensation and benefits package: base salary range $171,600–$392,100 (all U.S. locations) with higher ranges for major metros. Total Rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.
