SummaryWe are seeking a senior-level Business Development and Channel Sales leader to support aggressive growth objectives and help shape the future sales strategy of a rapidly expanding organization.
This role is ideal for a proven revenue producer with deep experience selling IT consulting, equipment, professional services, and managed services to mid-market and enterprise organizations ($200M–$2B in annual revenue). The successful candidate will bring a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach and a strong history of exceeding targets in complex sales environments.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business acquisition across IT Consulting, Equipment, Professional Services, and Managed Services (MSP)
- Develop and execute strategic sales and channel growth initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives
- Build and manage high-value relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
- Lead and expand channel sales efforts with OEMs and cloud service providers
- Identify market opportunities and influence go-to-market strategy during a critical growth phase
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape offerings, pricing, and sales execution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MSP, IT equipment, and professional services sales
- Demonstrated success selling complex, solutions-based offerings
- Strong track record in one or more of the following areas:
- Security and compliance solutions
- Microsoft ecosystem (products and services)
- IT infrastructure solutions
- Channel sales with OEMs and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft)
- Experience selling into organizations with $200M–$2B in annual revenue
- Operational Technology (OT) environments
- Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) offerings
