* Viewpoint
* Workday

* Serve as the primary point of contact for field technology issues, enhancements, and feedback.
* Partner with Field Engineering, Project Controls, and Operations to ensure tools directly support execution, cost control, and schedule performance.
Process Improvement & Innovation
* Identify opportunities to streamline construction workflows through automation, system enhancements, and better data integration.
* Support development of standardized digital processes for document control, reporting, field data capture, and approvals.
* Pilot and scale new tools or approaches that demonstrate measurable value to project delivery.
Governance, Standards & Training
* Establish and maintain technology standards, configurations, and best practices across divisions.
* Prevent tool fragmentation by governing system use and integrations.
* Develop training materials and support adoption of construction technology across field and office teams.
* Support change management efforts related to new tools or system updates.
Collaboration & Matrix Leadership
* Operate effectively within a matrix organization, influencing project and division teams without direct authority.
* Coordinate closely with Construction Data Analytics to ensure systems support reporting and dashboards.
* Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 8+ years of experience supporting construction operations, construction technology, or project systems in an industrial, power, or infrastructure environment.
* Hands-on experience with construction and enterprise platforms, including:

Preferred
* Experience supporting multiple construction divisions or market sectors.
* Familiarity with Power BI and downstream analytics/reporting requirements.
* Experience working with ERP, HRIS, and financial systems in a construction environment.
* Background in a large, diversified contractor or EPC organization.
