Role:
Salesforce Business Analyst with Agentforce/AI
Location:
Houston, TX (4 days/week)
Experience:
8+ Year
Duration: 12+ Months
Must Have:
- Experience with Salesforce ( preferably Sales cloud and Marketing cloud) and AI / Agentforce projects is a must;
- The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- This role requires a strong foundation in essential business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, mapping processes, designing data models, and configuring declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Object design.
- Effective stakeholder management is also a critical component, ensuring that all business needs are clearly understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
- In addition to core Salesforce expertise, the Business Analyst should preferably have experience in AI and Agentforce.
- This includes the ability to design autonomous workflows, define agent behaviors, and implement governance frameworks that align with Salesforce s ongoing transition from assistive to autonomous AI within the Agentforce Platform.
- The Business Analyst plays an essential role in preparing organizations for AI adoption by maintaining data integrity, streamlining processes, and establishing appropriate guardrails; elements that are crucial as organizations accelerate their integration of AI technologies.
