Job Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Approximately 7 years of experience working with UKG products.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience specifically with UKG Pro WFM (formerly UKG Dimensions).
  • Proficient in analysis, configuration, and data integration related to UKG.
  • Experience configuring and scheduling interfaces between UKG and other systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with business users to understand requirements and create functional designs.
  • Experience implementing UKG Dimensions with necessary configurations.
  • Capability to handle support tickets and implement enhancements.
  • Knowledge of developing Workforce Dimensions (WFD).
  • Experience in creating custom reports.
