Overview
We are actively looking for experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultants to join a high-impact logistics and transportation technology team. This is a techno-functional role ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering scalable transportation solutions.
Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and support Oracle OTM / GTM solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Configure transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and trade compliance processes
- Manage shipment planning, routing, rate offerings, and carrier management
- Develop integrations with ERP and external platforms
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements
- Create functional design documents and conduct user training
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in OTM Cloud development, support, migration, and enhancements
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle OTM and/or GTM
- Strong expertise in Transportation Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement
- Experience with Global Trade Management, compliance, and customs processes
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion / ERP integrations
- Familiarity with OTM/GTM agents, automation, and reporting
- Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases
- Excellent communication skills with experience supporting US clients
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in OTM Cloud development, support, migration, and enhancements
