About the Role

We’re looking for a senior delivery leader to help turn bold innovation ideas into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, product, and enterprise technology, with a mandate to move initiatives from concept and prototype into supported, secure, production environments.

This is not a hands-on engineering role and not a pure strategy role. It’s a delivery leadership position for someone who thrives in complex organizations, enjoys solving ambiguity, and knows how to bring cross-functional teams together to get real outcomes shipped.

You’ll work closely with innovation leadership, platform and architecture teams, and risk and security partners to ensure emerging technologies—particularly in AI and automation—are delivered responsibly, effectively, and at scale.

Enterprise Innovation Delivery Leadership

• Own the delivery lifecycle for innovation initiatives, translating ideas and pilots into structured execution plans that can scale across the organization.

Pilot-to-Production Execution

• Guide new solutions—especially those involving Generative AI, legal AI SaaS platforms, agentic workflows, and custom-built tools—from experimentation into stable, supported production environments.

Cross-Tower Orchestration

• Act as the connective tissue across product owners, architects, developers, platform teams, and external partners. Drive alignment, remove friction, and ensure clarity on ownership and next steps.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture and platform teams to ensure solutions align with integration patterns, APIs, infrastructure standards, and long-term technology direction.

Governance, Risk & Security Alignment

• Work hand-in-hand with risk, security, and responsible AI stakeholders to ensure delivery approaches meet governance and compliance expectations without stalling innovation.

Team Leadership & Accountability

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners within the innovation organization. Set clear delivery expectations, reinforce strong execution discipline, and create an environment of trust and ownership.

Delivery Transparency & Risk Management

• Track progress, communicate clearly with stakeholders, surface risks early, and proactively address blockers impacting timelines, quality, or scalability.

Process & Bridge Building

• Help rebuild and strengthen delivery bridges across teams where ownership, communication, or execution has historically been fragmented.

Experience & Background

• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, innovation delivery, or enterprise solution execution
• Backgrounds from management consulting, CTO advisory, professional services, Big Law, or large enterprise environments are all welcome
• Prior experience leading delivery across multiple teams or technology domains

Delivery & Execution Strength

• Strong grasp of agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and release readiness
• Experience coordinating testing, QA, UAT, documentation, and operational handoff
• Comfortable driving decisions in complex, matrixed organizations
• Familiarity with enterprise technology environments, including cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns
• Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives is strongly preferred
• Not required to be deeply technical, but must operate credibly with senior architects and engineers

Governance & Operational Awareness

• Understanding of enterprise security, data governance, and compliance considerations
• Experience working with service models, SLAs, and support workflows (e.g., Service Now, Jira)

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
• Strong listening skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style
• Comfortable operating at the executive and stakeholder level
