About the RoleSII Group USA is looking for an experienced Power Platform / SharePoint Consultant to design and deliver a modern, scalable Microsoft-based web application that replaces Excel and PowerPoint-driven processes with a centralized, automated solution.
You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to build intuitive, secure, and AI-enabled applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online
, and Generative AI / Copilot capabilities

- Design scalable SharePoint Online architectures (lists, libraries, metadata, permissions)
- Build Power Apps for data entry, portfolio views, and executive-ready summaries
- Create Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and document automation
- Migrate data from Excel / PowerPoint into structured SharePoint solutions
- Leverage Generative AI / Microsoft Copilot to enhance search, summarization, and insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and iterate on user feedback
- Document solutions and support knowledge transfer
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Solid expertise in SharePoint Online (data modeling, permissions, metadata)
- Proven experience building SharePoint-centric business applications
- Experience with data migration from Excel / Power Point
- Good understanding of Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot concepts
- Comfortable working in a consulting environment with business users
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI
- Experience with enterprise collaboration or knowledge management tools
- Basic integration experience (APIs, JSON)
- Work on high-impact, modern Microsoft ecosystem projects
- Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions
- Collaborative, international consulting environment
