Senior DCS Technical Support Engineer (Experion PKS) (Finance)
As a DCS Technical Support Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in delivering high-value technical support and remote services to our premium customers within Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS). You will leverage deep technical expertise across Honeywell process control systems to proactively monitor customer environments, identify and resolve issues, and help prevent future incidents through predictive and preventive services.
You will report directly to the Manager and work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required in support of premium service engagements.
In this role, you will impact customer success, operational reliability, and long-term system performance by supporting Honeywell's Assurance 360 (A360) services and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
