The RoleThis is a foundational growth role. You will be one of the first people helping shape how Baby Bots grows.
We are looking for someone with drive, curiosity, and learning velocity - not just sales experience. This role is for someone who wants to build, not just perform inside a predefined system.
You will work directly with leadership, project managers, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and connect real business problems with real solutions.
This role will evolve as Baby Bots grows - and so will you.
What You’ll Do- Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, and networking
- Qualify prospects and uncover real operational problems
- Learn Baby Bots’ solutions and communicate their business value clearly
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes (efficiency, automation, cost reduction, scale)
- Support discovery calls and early-stage solution conversations
- Partner with delivery teams to scope opportunities and shape solutions
- Manage opportunities from first contact through close
- Help shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Provide market feedback to leadership and delivery teams

Required
- 2-5 years experience in B2B sales, consulting, services, or technology roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality
- Ability to learn complex offerings and communicate them simply
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with consulting, services, SaaS, or technical sales
- Familiarity with automation, AI, cloud, data, or digital transformation
- CRM experience (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
