GCP Data Engineer; Senior

GCP Data Engineer (Senior) with skills Data Engineering, Big Data, Azure Analysis Services for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)

Design and migrate API proxies to Apigee

Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, mTLS as applicable)

Configure policies for rate limiting, quotas, threat protection, logging etc

Integrate Apigee with backend services hosted on Kubernetes platforms(GKE) and databases (Cloud Spanner)

Support API performance testing, tuning, and gateway optimization

Troubleshoot API gateway issues during testing and production readiness

What We Need (Must Haves)

Strong hands-on experience with Apigee

Deep understanding of API security and traffic management

Experience implementing API policies and observability

Ability to support performance and load testing of APIs

Preferred Experience

Experience in migrating APIs from Azure API Management to Apigee

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Apigee proxy deployments

Experience in large-scale API migrations
