Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager – Digital Transformation Consulting to lead client engagements that deliver business value through modernized digital solutions. This role requires balancing project leadership, and presales support. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will help drive delivery excellence and support ongoing customer success. You will also partner with Indigo Beam’s sales and solution teams to scope, estimate, and develop Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with client business outcomes.

This role is ideal for a consulting-minded leader who can seamlessly switch between delivery execution, client relationship management, and strategic sales support.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

• Lead cross-functional teams (Developers, Architects, QA, BAs) to deliver high-impact digital transformation projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client business goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage work in Azure Dev Ops to ensure delivery transparency and progress.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and align solutions to desired outcomes.
• Guide delivery teams through risk management, quality assurance, and proactive issue resolution.
• Partner with Indigo Beam’s sales team to understand client needs and develop compelling proposals.
• Support client discovery sessions and solution presentations to secure new business.
• Help clients translate business challenges into actionable technology roadmaps and solutions.

Internal Leadership & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to internal process improvement and knowledge sharing across the consulting team.
• Stay current on technology trends and industry best practices relevant to client industries.

Skills and

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT program or project management with a focus on digital transformation or software/application development.
• Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environment with the ability to build trust and credibility with client executives and stakeholders.
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-phase projects in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops for work management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience developing SOWs and supporting presales efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.

Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent professional certification.
• Hands-on experience in solution architecture or software development is a plus.
