Position: IT Help Desk Tier I: Microsoft 365 & Windows (Houston)
A leading Managed Services Provider in Houston is looking for a Tier I Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. In this role, you will perform troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 issues, document incidents, and escalate unresolved tickets to Tier II. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, with at least 1-2 years of IT support experience.

A high school diploma is required, while additional technical degrees are preferred.
