Software Engineer, Data Engineer

This role sits within a middle-office technology team supporting and extending Open Link Endur/Findur and related in-house trading systems. The engineer will focus on data integration, workflow automation, release management, and production support for business-critical commodities trading and risk platforms.

The team is globally distributed across the U.S., Europe, and India, operating in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment with close business interaction.

• Extend and support Open Link Endur/Findur for middle- and back-office processes
• Build and enhance scripts, workflows, tasks, and system integrations
• Support onboarding of new products for Portfolio Managers
• Automate EOD processing, system maintenance, and data integrity checks
• Provide Level 3 production support and troubleshooting
• Participate in release planning, deployments, and performance analysis
• Publish and consume transaction data using Kafka (AVRO)
• Work closely with business users and trading teams

• 5+ years supporting Open Link Endur/Findur implementations
• Strong experience with C#, Oracle/SQL, Git, and Jira
• Deep hands-on knowledge of:
• Connex
• JBroker
• APM / RTPE
• Grid, ADS
• EOD processing
• Experience supporting mission-critical trading systems
• Commodities background (power, oil, gas) strongly preferred

• Large-scale, high-throughput trading environment
• Tens of billions of messages processed daily
• Agile teams using CI/CD practices
• Engineers work directly with Portfolio Managers and investment teams
• Strong ownership culture with high technical standards and long-term retention
