Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting‑edge AI and machine‑learning solutions that will transform business operations. This is not just a technical role; it is a strategic position that will help define how AI, ML, and data science integrate into the company's technology landscape, spanning industries such as financial services, automotive, sports, hospitality, and entertainment. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly operate at the enterprise level, shaping the architectural vision for intelligent, data‑driven solutions while remaining deeply engaged with development teams to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.

This role requires a unique combination of technical excellence, hands‑on development experience, and leadership presence. The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, engineering teams, and business partners to drive the adoption of AI‑powered solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and impactful. A strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and how data flows through enterprise systems is essential to designing solutions that fully leverage AI and analytics capabilities.

• Define and own the AI/ML solution architecture, setting the technical vision for enterprise‑wide adoption of intelligent systems.
• Design and implement enterprise applications that integrate AI/ML capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and high performing.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software engineering, data management, and cloud computing.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by collaborating closely with business leaders, engineers, and data scientists.
• Establish and promote architectural standards that drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.
• Ensure seamless integration between AI/ML models and core business applications, optimizing performance and maintainability.
• Lead discussions with executive stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Solve complex technical challenges, including scalability, security, and real‑time data processing.
• Understand enterprise data architecture and how data platforms, including Databricks, fit into AI/ML and analytics‑driven solutions.
