• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources
• Develop and maintain data models and databases
• Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance
• Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-related processes and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing setting
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
