** Job Summary
** The Organization Performance & OCM Consultant is a member of the Strategy, Investment & Org Performance team within IT reporting to the Director, Organizational Performance & OCM.

Your role will support enterprise transformation by enabling performance insights and driving change adoption. You will be responsible for delivering data-driven metrics, reporting, change and engagement strategies to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and performance of the IT operating model, cultivates digital fluency and aligns IT initiatives with business outcomes.

Your role will focus on the people-side of change related to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures, and advising senior leaders on their responsibilities in leading change.
** Position Overview
** Your responsibilities may include:  
• Support performance management through definition, tracking, and reporting of organizational effectiveness metrics  
• Coach and support teams to prioritize user experience and human-centered design principles in the solutions and initiatives they recommend  
• Identify opportunities to drive functional perfection and continuous improvement across IT, participating in root cause analyses to address business challenges and supporting teams in the use of structured problem solving to optimize processes and enhance team capabilities  
• Design and deliver change and engagement strategies that drive technology adoption, business alignment, digital fluency, and elevate user experience across digital and IT initiatives. Ensure strategies are aligned with program goals and include mechanisms to measure impact and adapt based on feedback  
• Assess and enhance organizational structures, operating models, and ways of working to improve agility and decision-making  
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate communication and engagement efforts to ensure alignment, clarity and buy-in (what’s in it for me)  
• Assist in monitoring IT performance outcomes and identifying risks, driving to value realization post implementation  
• Partner with the business to build engagement and increase speed of adoption  
• Analyze skills/learning needs and develop training approaches and curricula to help workforce adopt new technologies and ways of working  
• Assess organization alignment and readiness for change and develop interventions to improve     Basic/

• Legally Authorized to work in the United States  
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related discipline or foreign equivalent  
• 5 or more years of experience in Change Management and Human-Centered Design and experience supporting large scale business transformation projects
