• Configure, develop, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP applications to meet business process and functional requirements.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications, configurations, and extensions within Oracle Fusion.
• Design, build, and test application customizations, reports, integrations, and workflows using Oracle tools such as OIC, VBCS, and ADF.
• Support data migration activities including preparation, validation, and execution using FBDI, ADFDI, or other data import methods.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and integration diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring timely support for end users and operational stability.
• Participate in full project life cycle activities requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to improve existing system processes and enhance automation.
• Ensure delivered software meets quality, performance, and security standards.
• Support and perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patch testing.
• Assist with user training, testing coordination, and system validation for new functionalities.
• Stay informed on new Oracle Fusion releases, patches, and technology trends, and assess their potential impact on the business.

• 7+ years of experience in IT systems analysis and enterprise applications.
• 4+ years of experience in configuration, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP applications.
• 2 FLC Oracle Fusion implementations, dealing with configuration, integration, testing, and support.
• Technical expertise in 1+ Oracle Fusion modules:
  Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Finance, or SCM.
• Developing and supporting integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, or similar platforms.
• Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data management using FBDI templates.
• Oracle Fusion architecture, environments, and security model.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across technical and functional layers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), Application Composer, and ADF technologies.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS, and SaaS components.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and project-driven business processes (ETO, MTO, ATO, MTS).
• Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion Analytics.
• Understanding of data migration, integration patterns, and performance tuning.
• Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, JSON, or Python.
• Exposure to CMM, ISO, or similar quality and change management processes.
• Hands-on experience in end-user training, documentation, and production support.
• Certifications in one or more Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications SCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
