Your expertise will help us deliver reliable, scalable, and high‑performing solutions that support the firm’s business objectives.

Job responsibilities
  • Treat operations as software problems: proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system failures to minimize client impact and ensure seamless business operations.
  • Analyze and support end‑to‑end production application and infrastructure flows, ensuring reliable service delivery.
  • Monitor production environments for anomalies, leveraging observability tools and dashboards to detect and address issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement automation to reduce manual toil and enhance observability.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineering, Product, and other stakeholder teams to drive issue resolution, operational stability, and performance improvements.
  • Continuously improve and maintain real‑time monitoring dashboards for system operability and performance.
  • Identify trends, manage incidents, and support problem and change management for full‑stack technology systems.
  • Participate in AWS/public cloud infrastructure management, including cost optimization and resource right‑sizing.
  • Ensure platform resiliency through disaster recovery (DR), site reliability (SR), and high availability (HA) practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in technology support, production/application support, or infrastructure management.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining IT applications, infrastructure, and services.
  • Experience supporting public/private cloud-based applications, preferably on AWS.
  • Proficiency in automating support operations using scripting (Python, UNIX shell, etc.) and tooling.
  • Hands‑on experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, ITRS Geneos).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Certification in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tooling.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Familiarity with Tableau Administration
  • Familiarity with ITIL support methodologies and concepts.
