Senior Technical Director responsible for leading resources across the globe, enterprise application support and architecture. This role is 50% hands-on technical architecture and 50% client leadership in a complex, multi-vendor on-premises environment.

• Own enterprise architecture for large-scale custom .NET applications.
• Large ERP system
• Customer-facing enterprise platform
• Define design patterns, architecture standards, and scalability strategy.
• Create UMLs, architecture documents, and proof of concepts.
• Present and defend technical designs to senior enterprise architects.
• Guide offshore tech leads to translate architectural vision into execution.
• Oversee stack: .NET, SQL Server, React/Angular, Kubernetes, Kafka/Rabbit

• Ensure performance, reliability, and modernization of fully on-prem systems.

• Act as senior on-site leader and executive representative.
• Present architecture, strategy, and status updates to C-level stakeholders.
• Own SOW creation, staffing plans, risk assessments, and delivery governance.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.

• 20+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership.
• Director / Senior Director / VP background
• Strong technical depth in architecture (not purely client-facing).
• Experience managing large global teams
• Background in large-scale ERP and mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Former VP/Partner-level professionals open to hands‑on leadership roles preferred.
