Adobe Workfront Transformation Consultant

CTG is seeking to fill a Adobe Workfront Transformation Consultant position for our client.

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Transformation Consultant to lead business and marketing transformation initiatives through the design, configuration, and implementation of Adobe Workfront and related Adobe solutions. This role combines business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on Adobe configuration to deliver measurable operational improvements.

• Lead end‑to‑end Adobe Workfront configuration and implementation
• Assess current‑state business and marketing workflows; design optimized future‑state solutions
• Drive marketing operations transformation to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration
• Configure templates, workflows, dashboards, reporting, resource management, and governance structures
• Partner with business, marketing, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment to strategic goals
• Support integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise platforms
• Lead change management efforts, including communications, training, and user adoption
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

• Hands‑on Adobe Workfront configuration experience
• Experience with Adobe implementations and Adobe ecosystem
• Proven background in marketing transformation or operational process optimization
• Strong business process analysis and solution design capabilities
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Solid project management and delivery experience
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations
• Background in digital transformation, marketing operations, or enterprise work management platforms

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
