Satellite Positioning Support Specialist

Responsible for interacting directly with Satellite Positioning clients to enable subscription services, generate client invoices and process payments during a twelve (12) hour shift. Additionally, provide remote technical support on OmniSTAR hardware and Satellite Positioning solutions to clients.

• Consult and coordinate with Product Manager, Controller, and other relevant stakeholders in Satellite Positioning Service Line on all levels.
• Follow directives from shared services and operational activities in the Service Line.
• Enable subscriptions as required by Satellite Positioning clients.
• Provide remote technical support on OmniSTAR hardware and solutions.
• Coordinate and support sales processes and sale contracts.
• Interact directly with clients to provide subscriptions and support.
• Monitor and report on sales activities.
• Adhere to Fugro policies and procedures.
• Ensure three‑way match of Subscriptions / Invoicing / Payment.
• Close out open client support requests.
• Achieve key performance indicators.

• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required;
  Secondary Vocational Education is preferred.
• One year of working experience required; more experience in GPS/GNSS satellite positioning is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a twelve‑hour shift system.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
