OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our Transformation Office and help drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support enterprise growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. This role will work across business, product, engineering, data, and executive teams to enable successful program execution—especially in areas such as M&A integration, enterprise modernization, analytics, and strategic change initiatives

- M&A Integration & Strategic Transformation
- Support the Transformation Office in managing the Integration Management Office (IMO) for M&A initiatives.
- Develop, refine, and maintain M&A integration playbooks, frameworks, templates, and processes.
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders (Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, GTM, Customer Support) to ensure seamless integration activities.
- Program & Project Leadership
- Lead and support strategic cross‑functional programs that are complex, enterprise‑wide, and innovation‑focused.
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, selecting the right approach based on project need.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, timelines, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment. - Use structured problem‑solving and analytics to identify risks, optimize processes, and recommend improvements.
- Analytics, KPIs & Reporting
- Develop data‑driven insights to support project and program governance.
- Support in Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, benefits realization, and program health.
- Translate data and findings into clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership and steering committees.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate communication, alignment, and collaboration across business units.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders, SMEs, and project teams.
- Prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations to drive alignment and informed decision‑making.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities for operational optimization, scalability, and simplification across processes.
- Contribute to the design of new working models, governance structures, and change management strategies.
- Bring curiosity, innovation, and a transformation mindset to every project.

- 5–10 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within technology, SaaS, consulting, or transformation programs.
- Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting or managing M&A integrations, PMO/IMO functions, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop dashboards using Power BI and apply data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in an environment that is collaborative, fast‑paced, and highly cross‑functional.
