Location & Compensation

Houston, TX (Hybrid – Onsite 3–4 days/week)

Business Development Associate

Base: $60,000 – $75,000

Performance Bonus: $25,000 – $40,000 (milestone-based)

We are building two AI-driven platforms:

• An AI Health platform partnering with diagnostic labs, telehealth providers, and clinical study sites
• An industrial humanoid robotics initiative focused on inspection automation in data centers and mechanical facilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate who is commercially driven and technically comfortable.

This role works directly with the founder and requires the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

• Guide and coordinate the junior BD team in India
• Improve targeting, outreach messaging, and CRM discipline
• Identify and engage labs and telehealth providers
• Help secure pilot partnerships and clinical study sites
• Support demos and follow-ups
• Track structured pipeline metrics

• Conduct structured outbound to healthcare partners
• Move prospects toward LOIs and pilot trials
• Support integration-related discussions

• Research and map industrial facilities
• Support senior BD with meeting prep
• Track robotics pilot discussions
• Help structure pilot proposals

This role focuses on structured execution and pilot development—not enterprise quota-carrying.

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B business development or partnerships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and disciplined with CRM and follow-up
• Comfortable discussing AI, SaaS, or technical systems
• Able to explain technical workflows clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable learning about APIs, integrations, and system architecture (no coding required)
• Curious about AI, healthcare innovation, or robotics

You must be comfortable:

• Using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, research AI tools) daily
• Understanding how SaaS products integrate with other systems
• Learning basic system workflows and explaining them
• Speaking with technical stakeholders without over promising capabilities

Coding experience is not required, but strong technical literacy is essential.
