• Service Now certified; ITILv3 certified or trained
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Java or JavaScript development
• Minimum 5+ years' experience with web development technologies including HTML/HTML 5, CSS, Jelly Bean, Angular, widgets, and boomtrap
• Minimum 3+ years' experience with design, development and delivery of Service Now solutions in Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and workflow customizations
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in Orchestration and Import Sets in Service Now
• Experience with at minimum 3 Service Now implementations

• Service Now certified; ITILv3 certified or trained
• 5+ years' experience with the process modeling, design, configuration, and customization of Service Now ITOM and ITSM applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog
• 3+ years' experience designing, configuration, and customization Service Portal
• Experience with at minimum 3 Service Now implementations

• Service Now certified (i.e. Advanced Service Now System Administrator); ITILv3 certified or trained
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in relative field of work, i.e. ITSM system administration
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in general Service Now system administration, security and authorization configuration, MID server deployment and configuration, discovery, Orchestration, and system integration (SOAP, web service, etc.)
• Experience with at minimum 3 Service Now implementations
