Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)
- SAP Net Weaver IDM 7.2 and 8.0 application
- Experienced in developing NW IDM solution and integrating with multiple complex systems
- Designed and developed IDM 7.1 and 7.2 solutions in a complex heterogeneous landscape
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
- Design and architect provisioning solutions to clients of various sizes using SAP IDM
- In depth experience in SAP IDM integration with SAP and non‑SAP systems
Desired years of experience: 10+ years

B.Tech
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute
- Implementation of SAP IDM solution
- Working closely with the client in the design and configuration exercises
- Leading the solution design and maintaining system stability

Team Size – 12 people in the team. However in this track, the individual will work predominantly alone.
Soft Skills - Excellent communication and coordination skills with users and other teams. Independent, proactive, complex problem‑solving abilities. Detail oriented and work to deliver on time and aligned with deliverables.
