Were looking for a Remote Technical Support Specialist to be the friendly and knowledgeable voice that helps our clients and team navigate technical challenges.

Stay up to date with our technology offerings and best practices to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
Who You Are:
A tech-savvy individual with experience in technical support or customer service roles.
Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues with patience and empathy.
Comfortable working remotely and communicating effectively with a diverse group of users and team members.
Passionate about the performing arts or eager to contribute your skills to a mission-driven company.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple support requests efficiently.
