Job Title: Symplr Time & Attendance Analyst
Location: Remote
Schedule: 8-5
CST
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview: This role is responsible for supporting Symplr Time & Attendance and Scheduling systems at Memorial Hermann. The analyst will provide day-to-day support, resolve timekeeping issues, support payroll workflows, and assist with the transition to Oracle Time & Labor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Symplr Time & Attendance and Scheduling platforms
- Research and resolve misclocking and timekeeping issues
- Support payroll teams with time and attendance inquiries
- Manage tickets and customer questions
- Use SQL for analysis and troubleshooting
- Support system transitions and process changes
Qualifications:
- Hands-on Symplr Time & Attendance experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience supporting payroll‑adjacent systems
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
