Contracts and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contracts and Compliance Manager with experience in the IT Managed Services or IT Consulting industry. This role will oversee all aspects of contract lifecycle management and corporate compliance within a fast-paced, client-driven technology environment.

• Contract Management – develop, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Compliance Oversight – ensure contracts meet HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, SOC2, ISO, NIST, and other relevant standards.
• Audits and Reporting – plan and conduct compliance audits, prepare reports for leadership and legal counsel.
• Process Optimization – design and improve contract and compliance workflows, leveraging tools such as Docu Sign, CLM software, and Microsoft 365 compliance center.
• Training & Internal Support – provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams.

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or compliance, preferably in an IT MSP, VAR, or IT consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of service-based contracts (MSAs, SOWs), cybersecurity clauses, and IT vendor agreements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, legal, and finance departments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, CCA, and IT audit standards (SOC2, ISO, NIST).
• Experience managing compliance and onboarding documentation for multiple client environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Docu Sign, CLM software, vendor management systems, or Microsoft 365 compliance center.

Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: $102,000 - $184,000 per year
