One of our long time clients, a rapidly growing fintech and transaction platform company, is expanding their in-house infrastructure team. Operating in a highly regulated, security-first environment, their technology supports high-volume financial transactions and sensitive client data across a distributed footprint. Uptime, performance, data protection, and audit readiness are mission-critical, and their infrastructure must meet strict compliance and operational resilience standards.
This organization operates in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting where uptime, discretion, and responsiveness are essential. Technology directly supports executive leadership and senior business stakeholders whose work is time-sensitive and highly visible.
This is not traditional desktop support. This is executive-facing systems ownership in an elite, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Own:Executive & Leadership Technology Support
- Provide white-glove, first-line support to executive leadership and senior stakeholders
- Deliver rapid, discreet troubleshooting in high-pressure scenarios
- Ensure seamless executive device performance and secure remote access
- Proactively identify and mitigate technology risks before they impact leadership
- Support executive meetings, conferencing platforms, and collaboration tools
- Maintain absolute professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
- Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive
- Manage executive mailbox configurations and complex mail flow scenarios
- Configure and enforce Conditional Access, MFA, and Defender policies
- Support compliance, retention, and secure access standards
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in high-visibility environments
- Background in financial services, professional services, private enterprise, or other performance-driven organizations preferred
- Executive presence, discretion, and polished communication skills
- Direct exposure to high-profile executive leadership
- High-trust, high-visibility position within a lean team
- Technology ownership in a performance-focused environment
- Compensation aligned with elite executive support expectations
