• Lead the design and implementation of Connex AP solutions to ensure seamless transaction processing and system integration.
• Oversee Connex Transaction Processing to optimize performance and reliability across payment systems.
• Provide technical expertise in Connex PMC to enhance system monitoring and management capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Connex Processor Interface aligns with business requirements.
• Utilize Tandem technology to support high availability and fault-tolerant systems within the Cards & Payments domain.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Connex systems to support ongoing operations and future enhancements.
• Implement best practices for system security and compliance within the payment processing environment.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of Connex systems and processes.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve payment processing capabilities.
• Ensure all solutions are scalable and adaptable to future business needs.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Connex AP Connex Transaction Processing Connex PMC Connex Processor Interface and Tandem technology.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Cards & Payments domain to effectively address industry-specific challenges.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Showcase excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
• Hold a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in Connex systems and payment processing.
