Migration & Modernization: Support migration of OT/SCADA systems from IT-hosted infrastructure to OT‑safe cloud and on‑prem environments.
Security & Compliance: Align cloud and OT systems with organizational security standards and centralized monitoring solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with network, security, and IT teams to ensure proper separation, connectivity, and performance for OT systems.
Travel & Field Work: Support operational sites domestically and internationally (~2x per year per location), including offshore platforms. Adhere to offshore safety requirements (helicopter transport, safety training, swimming certification).
- Strong Azure experience and IT/cloud background; OT or industrial environment experience is a plus.
- Experience with site-to-site connectivity, network collaboration, and SCADA/industrial control systems.

- Knowledge of Azure Policy, VNETs, peering, and centralized management tools.
- Self-starter comfortable in small, high-ownership teams.

- Must meet safety and swimming certification requirements for offshore work.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as required in industrial environments.
- Competitive base salary plus bonus (~15% target) and long-term incentives (RSUs or cash units).
