This is a hybrid/Remote role located in TX, for a Technical Net Suite Support Analyst. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system-related issues within Net Suite. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to handle customer support requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing and resolving problems efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach in maintaining system functionality and improving performance, in partnership with various departments.
Qualifications- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and address technical challenges effectively
- Expertise in technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring system reliability
- Experience in providing customer support and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Net Suite and related business systems is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
