Access Coins ERP System Administrator

Collen are seeking to recruit an Access Coins ERP System Administrator to join our team.

Reporting to the Regional Financial Controllers, you will be assigned the full ownership and accountability for all modules in Access Coins for all Collen companies. The position will support and participate in Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual reporting processes. This will be a dynamic role offering exposure across all business units with a close working relationship with our Finance, Procurement, Plant, Payroll, Commercial and Project Delivery Teams.

• Desirable third level qualification in a relevant field, however not necessary if sufficient experience prevails.
• 5+ years’ experience in ERP System Administration with at least 2 years focused on Access Coins.
• In-depth knowledge system configuration, data maintenance / database management and security protocols.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced role, across several work streams and to meet deadlines.
• Highly organised, reliable, self-motivated and solution driven, with the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a high-performance team across all entities.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with commercial awareness.
• Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
• High standard of written and spoken English required to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Available to travel to all company locations if required.

• The role will be Collen’s Access Coins Super User and will assume end to end ownership Access Coins ERP across all Collen Companies.
• Bridge the gap between the IT department and end users in key business units, translating business requirements into technical configurations.
• Oversee role-based access control (RBAC), managing user permissions, onboarding, and offboarding to maintain strict security protocol.
• Act as support for ERP Users regarding system glitches or process hurdles.
• Work with our Learning and Development Manager to create and maintain training guides, provide training sessions for new features and modules and new users.
• Perform regular data validation ensuring the integrity of all data in the system.
• Assist stakeholders in building custom reports and dashboards within the ERP to drive data-informed decision‑making.
• Maintain and troubleshoot APIs and middleware connecting Access Coins to third‑party systems.
• Maintain and develop workflows.
• Liaise with the system vendor to ensure that all updates are implemented and that all statutory requirements are continually met.
• Maintain comprehensive logs of system changes, configuration settings, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies in relation to data and system management.
• Overall, provide first class service to the wider business.
