The ERP Application Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient, effective, and consistent delivery of high-quality services. They advance the functionality and operational efficiency of ERP applications by analyzing, developing, and maintaining ERP HCM/FMS modules and providing technical expertise in application development, maintenance, and production support.

Qualifications Education- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Three years of progressive technical experience with ERP systems, ERP development, and Oracle databases
- People Soft (HCM or Financial) experience preferred

- Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through ongoing assessments and evaluations
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English required for essential functions
- Effective communication with patients, physicians, family members, and co‑workers with a customer‑service focus
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge in one or more ERP business process areas (e.g., supply chain, human resources, payroll)
- Knowledge of People Tools
- Provide second‑level support to resolve help‑desk tickets
- Offer technical expertise in ERP application development, maintenance, and production support to end users and IT stakeholders
- Design, develop, test, document, and support software/systems requirements to meet business needs and support updates, patches, and technical projects
- Identify and implement solutions to optimize system performance
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of work requests
- Develop technical requirements documents from functional design documents
- Assist end users in resolving system issues by providing application knowledge and technical expertise
- Assist in planning and developing work requests that address business stakeholder needs for resource planning and timelines
- Complete assigned projects on time and within budget parameters
- Engage in an environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and growth
- Contribute to consistent changes in processes, tools, and overall practice with a focus on system benefit
- Proactively manage professional development and complete My Development Plan (MDP)
