AI Engineering Microsoft Azure

The AI Advisor Microsoft Azure is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding enterprise customers through their AI transformation journey on the Azure platform.

You will define organizational AI strategy architect scalable agentic solutions leveraging Azure AI services and ensure successful realization of high impact AI projects that deliver measurable business value.

• Define Enterprise AI Strategy on Azure
• Collaborate with C suite and executive stakeholders to develop and refine their AI strategy and roadmap using Azure AI capabilities
• Orchestrate AI Strategy:
  Conduct customer interviews, capture data, current landscape and understand the current state to converge on actionable solutions
• Identify High Impact Opportunities:
  Conduct discovery and ideation workshops to identify compelling high value AI use cases suitable for early success and scale on Azure
• Architect Agentic AI Solutions on Azure:
  Design and architect robust scalable and secure agentic AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, and Azure Machine Learning Platform
• Alignment:
  Serve as the technical authority on Microsoft’s Generative AI ecosystem including Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Services, and Semantic Kernel
• Establish Governance:
  Advise customers on best practices for AI governance, Responsible AI security and compliance using Microsoft’s Responsible AI framework and Azure Policy guidance
• Provide hands‑on guidance for large‑scale development, deployment and rollout of Agentic AI solutions on Azure:
  Lead technical execution of initial projects using Azure AI services (POCs)
• Demonstrate clear business value and establish a foundation for enterprise-wide expansion:
  Design change management, Define OKRs and KPIs to measure success criteria

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 10 years in Enterprise Architecture with at least 3 years focused on Generative AI and/or Machine Learning solutions on Azure and Agentic AI Expertise
• Proven experience in architecting, developing and deploying agentic AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI Service and Semantic Kernel on the Azure Platform
• Deep hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Machine Learning Framework
• Expert knowledge of orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, Auto Gen and integration with Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Large‑Scale Delivery:
  Demonstrated success in leading enterprise‑scale deployments of Generative AI solutions on Azure Data AI Stack
• Strong understanding of Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Cosmos DB with vector search and implementing RAG architectures using Azure AI Search
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management and executive communication skills
