OverviewThe firm is investing heavily in AI and modern workplace technologies, and this role sits at the center of that effort—focused on scaling Microsoft Copilot and the M365 ecosystem across our enterprise.
This is a hands-on engineering role (not leadership) where you will deliver real, production-ready solutions that directly improve how our teams work.
What You’ll Do- Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization
- Build custom AI agents and workflows to enhance productivity
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact use cases
- Support and optimize Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues
- Enforce security, compliance, and governance (Purview, DLP, retention, etc.)
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive)
- Hands-on experience with Copilot or enterprise AI tools
- Ability to operate in a Copilot-heavy role (~60%+) with M365 support (~40%)
- Experience with Purview and security/compliance frameworks
- Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills

This is a senior individual contributor role — not a manager, lead, or architect position

- Full-time | Hybrid (Chicago, IL – 3 days onsite)
