OT Network Cybersecurity Systems Specialist

We're looking for an experienced OT Network Cybersecurity Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Pengcorp is seeking a responsible and dedicated OT Cybersecurity System Specialist with extensive experience in operational technology infrastructures and open to a variety of challenges with both computing and networking systems. Reporting to the Director of Operational Technology and Cybersecurity Engineering Services, successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Assessing and maintaining IT/OT Infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, and wireless)
• Interpreting, understanding, and reviewing physical and logical diagrams, existing statistics, and installed assets
• Bringing projects above and beyond industrial requirements and specifications
• Performing system gap analyses, including technology assessment as needed, as well as road mapping upgrades for computing and network systems
• Supporting, implementing, testing, and validating computing and network system upgrades and improvements in alignment with standards and regulations while also considering user/field experience. (IE CSA Z246.1, ISA 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC-CIP, ISO
  27000)
• Improving and maintaining user and remote access controls (i.e., Active Directory, F5, TACACS.)
• Establishing and maintaining strong cyber-security in System Architecture, performance improvement, Virtualization system infrastructure, directories, and physical and logical cyber-security
• Perform remote or on-site troubleshooting for clients, testing, validating, and commissioning

• 8+ Years of Experience in Oil & Gas or Power Utilities
• B.SC. Engineering in a relevant with exposure to Technology
• Certified in at least two of the following:
• VMware (DCV, DM. VCAP DCD preferred,) Net App (NCDA, NCIE-DP Preferred,) Microsoft Systems (MCTS/MCSA, MCSE Preferred or equivalent Azure qualifications)
• Veeam and/or Acronis Certification is a strong asset
• Familiar with cybersecurity standards and regulations (ie: CSA Z246.1 ISA 62443, NERC-CIP, ISO
  27000, and NIST S9800-28)
• Familiar with Cisco, EMC DELL, Unix/Linux. Microsoft, VMware, Neonix, Palo Alto
• Experience with Net App, Dell, HPE, Juniper, Solar Winds would be a strong asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
