Client Data & Reporting Specialist (Maritime)

Full-Time | In-Office, The Woodlands, TX

$80-100k base + historically ~15-20% discretionary bonus

We power the maritime industry with AI fuel intelligence technology that helps major oil company vessels reduce waste, improve visibility, and detect fuel theft across global fleets.

In this Client Data & Reporting Specialist role, you’ll onboard clients, configure custom dashboards, and monitor fleet activity through our proprietary platform. If you have sea time and/or maritime academy credentials and are looking to transition ashore into maritime technology client data focused role, we’d love to connect!

• Build and customize client-facing dashboards using our proprietary BI tool
• Onboard new clients each week, learning their marine ops and configuring views to match
• Monitor and support high-profile accounts to ensure full optimization
• Meet with oil company clients in-office to understand their reporting needs including engine performance, fuel transfers, theft detection, and fleet utilization
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across vessel and fleet records

• Background in maritime operations including offshore, tugboat, supply vessel, or maritime academy graduate (degree preferred but not required)
• Comfort with data and tech tools; ability to learn proprietary software quickly
• Ability to travel internationally (hard requirement)

• $80,000 – $100,000 base
• Discretionary bonus (historically 15–20%)
