Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist with a PhD and demonstrated expertise in data science to join our advanced analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging complex datasets, developing predictive models, and driving actionable insights to solve critical business challenges at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to address high-impact business problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to translate business objectives into analytical solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new methodologies, algorithms, and tools to enhance data-driven decision making.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or a related role, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and experimental design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala and familiarity with data frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Spark).
• Strong experience with big data platforms and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable business insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
