Technology and Innovation - Senior Solution Consultant; NetSuite

Riveron is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant focused on Net Suite to join our Technology Enablement practice. The Senior Solution Consultant will work side‑by‑side with Strategy team members in executing client projects ranging from software selection, Net Suite implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to assist in Net Suite practice development.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• 3‑5 years of Net Suite implementation or optimization experience
• Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution
• Consulting experience in other business applications including Quick Books, Intacct, , Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, People Soft, etc. is a plus
• Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience is a plus
• Certified Net Suite ERP Consultant is a plus
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work in ever‑changing, dynamic environments
• Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
• Desire to get involved in Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, and intramurals.

• Collaborate with strategy team members to develop effective Net Suite solutions
• Effectively configure and customize client Net Suite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
• Work directly with Solution Manager and Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific Net Suite functionality
• Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy
• Apply best practices while building custom scripted solutions for specific client requirements
• Conduct internal testing to validate custom designed solutions and effectively perform user acceptance testing on client Net Suite environments
• Attend pre‑sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level‑of‑effort with sales team members
• Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serve as the ‘go‑to’ resource on all project related inquiries
• Train end‑users on specific processes and application usage

Full‑time roles are eligible for a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Compensation Range: $80K – $135K
