As an Infrastructure Program Manager with Hines, you will lead and support the execution of infrastructure buildouts, office deployments, and relocations across our global portfolio. This role is a hybrid of program delivery, technical oversight, and on‑site execution. The ideal candidate brings a strong, well‑rounded understanding of enterprise infrastructure and can effectively coordinate and oversee implementations across networking, servers, end‑user devices, and power systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Infrastructure Program Delivery
- Lead and coordinate infrastructure work streams for office buildouts, moves, and renovations
- Oversee implementation across:
- Network architecture (LAN/WAN)
- Enterprise WiFi design and deployment
- Server and core infrastructure
- End‑user devices (workstations and office technology)
- Power and redundancy systems (UPS, failover, resiliency planning)
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- On‑Site Execution & Deployment
- Serve as the on‑site infrastructure lead during critical phases of deployments and office moves
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams during installation and cutover activities
- Identify and resolve issues in real time to ensure smooth go‑lives
- Technical Oversight
- Provide informed oversight across infrastructure domains without requiring day‑to‑day hands‑on engineering
- Review and validate designs from vendors and internal teams
- Ensure alignment across networking, compute, end‑user, and physical infrastructure
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across systems
- AI‑First Program Delivery & Optimization
- Apply an AI‑first approach to program planning and execution, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted workflows
- Use AI to improve project planning, scheduling, risk identification, and dependency tracking
- Streamline coordination, status reporting, and communication through automation and AI‑assisted insights
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into infrastructure deployment processes, vendor coordination, and operational handoffs
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and apply them to improve delivery speed, consistency, and quality
- Documentation, Diagramming & Standards
- Develop and maintain clear project documentation, deployment standards, and runbooks
- Create infrastructure layouts, workflows, and deployment diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio (or similar)
- Ensure documentation reflects both current‑state implementations and scalable future‑state designs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure standards and delivery methodologies
- Team & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate work across infrastructure engineers, offshore resources, and third‑party vendors
- Help prioritize and direct execution across distributed teams
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams, project stakeholders, and business partners
- Standards & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all deployments align with Hines infrastructure standards and best practices
- Contribute to the development and refinement of deployment standards and processes
- Promote consistency, scalability, and repeatability across all office environments
Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Six or more years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with exposure across multiple domains
- Strong working knowledge (not necessarily hands‑on) of:
- Enterprise networking (routing, switching, WAN)
- WiFi design and deployment
- Servers and core compute infrastructure
- End‑user devices (workstations, office technology)
- Power redundancy and resiliency concepts (UPS, failover strategies)
