Position: Epic Ambulatory Implementation Consultant (Hybrid role, primarily remote with 1–2 onsite days per week)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• 5+ years of Epic software/domain/software systems implementation/support.
• Epic build experience focused on ambulatory documentation; inpatient documentation experience is helpful.
• Experience configuring ambulatory clinical documentation (note templates) and supporting outpatient clinical workflows.
• Experience with building/configuring Epic Ambient listening integration and onboarding of providers.
• Epic Ambulatory Certification required.
• Comfortable with documentation, note templates, workflow support, and a ticketing system.
• Ambient listening experience is a plus.

• Develop and maintain ambulatory documentation templates.
• Support clinical workflows in the ambulatory setting.
• Manage incident tickets and provide resolution.
• Collaborate with providers during onsite sessions when required.
• Participate in build and configuration tasks for Epic Ambient listening integration.
