Overview

As an AI & Automation Specialist you will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to improve our operations and patient care. You will work closely with our IT team and clinical staff to identify areas where AI and automation can be utilized to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of AI and automation technologies, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the IT team and clinical staff to identify areas where AI and automation can be implemented to improve operations and patient care.
  • Develop and implement AI and automation solutions, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and robotic process automation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI and automation systems, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
  • Train and educate staff on how to use AI and automation tools effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation in the company.
  • Work with external vendors and partners to integrate AI and automation solutions into existing systems.
  • Ensure all AI and automation solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI and automation systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the use of AI and automation technology to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing AI and automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing AI and automation solutions in a healthcare setting is a plus.
